what: This seminar, co-developed with Paul Ingevaldson, www.paulingevaldson.com, retired CIO at Ace Hardware after 25 years, discusses IT today and yesterday and shows how it has changed and how it has remained the same over the last 40 years. Case studies and role-plays are used to explain the function, role and responsibilities of a corporate technology steering committee, the role of the user and the role of IT. Attendees will obtain a better understanding of IT methods and procedures and learn how IT and the users should collaborate on projects to ensure quality results.
